Daisy Cooper, MP for St Albans, is on the cusp of securing a change in the law which would end the scandal of St Albans district council taxpayers subsiding big developers to the tune of millions of pounds each year.
Following a group meeting on 20th May and their usual annual internal elections, the Liberal Democrats have unveiled their nominations for the St Albans District council leadership team.

The Liberal Democrat administration at St Albans District Council has reached a major milestone in protecting the district’s countryside from speculative development, as the council’s Local Plan reaches the final stage of the national planning inspection.
