Giles Fry and Daisy Cooper at a constituent's doorstep

Vote for your local Lib Dem candidate Giles Fry on the 2 May!

District councillor Giles Fry has lived in St Albans with his wife Lucy since 2008. He currently serves as a Governor of Killigrew Primary School, where his two children attend. As a small business owner, Giles fully understands the difficulties that local people have in working with the escalating costs of living.

As a local councillor Giles has worked hard to get residents the support they need, tackle antisocial behaviour and protect our green belt, to make our area a better place to live.

Steve Cavinder (District Councillor)

Steve Cavinder worked at a senior management level for Stansted Airport Limited and Heathrow Airport Limited (both formerly BAA) for nearly 35 years before taking early retirement. Since then he has used his time wisely in various volunteering roles and helping out in the local community.  Steve has lived locally in Bricket Wood since 2018 and enjoys being involved in the village life there. He is a former trustee of a local charity and is currently the Chair of the 9th North Watford Scout group. Steve's interests include walking his two King Charles Cavalier Spaniels and spending time with his family, particularly his two grandchildren.
