Lib Dem-led District Council launches online survey to shape brand new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy

Your Lib Dem-led District Council has launched an online survey to help shape a brand new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy for St Albans District.

It includes six pledges including a commitment by the Council to challenge racism and discrimination in whatever form it takes, amongst other promises including tackling loneliness in St Albans.

Pictured below, Lib Dem Councillor and Lead for Inclusion and Equality, Sarwar Shashmer said: "We are committed to involving everyone in the work we do to improve the lives of our residents.

"It is important that we hear as many voices as possible as we develop the strategy, so I urge everyone to take a few minutes to fill in the survey."
