Dr Mangala Patil Mead is an Army veteran and environmental campaigner. A keen runner, cyclist and mother of a young child, she recognises the value of healthy and safe spaces in which to live, and that community action plays a key part in optimising mental and physical health on a scalable level. Her priorities are protecting our green spaces, optimising community facilities and supporting community members in living healthy independent lives.
